Yeah i try to elevate them as much as i can so I don’t have to hang/tilt my head down too much. And I’ve started turning down work I just don’t think I can physically handle anymore

Yeah there’s much really you can do sometimes. But luckily I’m quite fast and efficient so I can easily do a large tattoo in 5-6 hrs now, and I try to take breaks often and keep my body in good shape as best as I can

Its difficult. I already have arthritis and issues with my neck, and unfortunately neither of those things can be healed only treated.

It’s just you can’t NOT tilt your head down to see what you’re doing, and you can’t NOT move your hand constantly.

Ideally I would like to still just draw and paint and I’m hoping I’ve established myself enough that that’d be profitable but we’ll see.

I’d like to be able to tattoo until I’m 40 but I’ll just have to see how it goes. It just sucks that I’m probably doing my best work now and not earlier.

Starting to brainstorm ideas of what careers I could potentially pursue once my time as a tattoo artist is over.

Nearing the 10 year mark now, and I’m finding my body is starting to wear down; being hunched over for 7hrs+ a day does eventually take its toll.
