Ni hablar del monocultivo en Brasil. Pero no creo que la lectura deba ser estrictamente colonial. Puede que sea precisamente reivindicativa (sobre la ambivalencia campesina y urbana, ese es Benito). En la presentación completa, él va con la cámara parando por distintas casetas en medio del follaje.

Es cierto, pero la plantación es recurrente en la cultura latinoamericana. Pienso en Blades o en la música campesina cubana, que está llena de estas referencias. Podría interpretarse de muchas formas de todos modos.
