I’d been sent a few rolls of peel and stick wallpaper to review, but I can’t use them on my wall for a few reasons. I only had so many drawers to line, but I did have this big ugly marker organizer with nice flat panels!

Doctors appointment over and done with before my appointment time even 🤷🏻♀️
My walkway is still 3-4” of icy snow and then there’s 2 feet of shoveled snow to leap over to get to my car. I have a doctors appointment today, luckily they were able to let me pivot to a telemedicine appointment!
Covid fucked a lot up but at least it made things like that possible I guess.

today my therapist was talking about how adhd and ptsd can set each other off because it’s harder to regulate trauma responses when you’re already disregulated because you’ve forgotten to eat or drink all day so like idk who else needs to hear this but go drink a glass of water
