I had the opposite happen. Saw this tiny void all skinny and hungry, fed him and brought my new kitten home. I got him to the vet a few days later to find out he was a senior! We only had 9 mos but he left a legacy.

😭 hopefully my MRI is over and I make it back before the roads are too bad. I’m not counting on much snow, but it could get icy and people forget how to drive with any precipitation.

My new old-lady baby Ruby ☺️ She came to stay with us last May and it was made permanent in September. I do believe she has the most enormous eyes ever 😅

I’m so happy! My 72 year old Mom is out socializing with a genuine friend her own age, and after dark. This lady is the one who fostered and ended up adopting my former feral bodyguard.
She convinced this reformed tomcat to let her put ointment in his eye every day. She’s good people.

Yeah I just had a stint with the corgis and Ralph from the 7-12th. I had to turn down a new job because she needed someone to sit AND walk her dog for exercise. I can barely walk at all right now.

“Pickup truck” uhm this thing is fucking enormous! It’s a GMC Sierra and I’m used to driving a Kia Sportage, they call it an SUV but it’s really just a boxy low end sedan. My car is also 14 years old so I had to ask the rental guy how tf to turn off the keyless engine 😅

Whoever this lovely monster is, they might enjoy sticky buns! You can get them topped with walnuts, raisins, or a blend of both. My favorite are the ones that are cream cheese iced but i suspect those are less “traditional”

From her first Christmas in ‘21 and she’s done it every year since 😂 I must have given up taking pictures last Christmas. She gave her new brothers the idea to do it and 3 cats in one tree leads to needing a new tree 😭

Ahh fuck. Yeah kicking the crutch out is hard af. Have you looked into nicotine free vapes or other hand-to-mouth activity things like those “cigtrus” inhaler dealies? I think a huge part of it for me is that not having something to grab like that.
