Yup! It's common. There's a book that lots of people find helpful: "You're Not Broken: Dr. Rhoda's Guide to Strong Self Worth for AB/DLs".

I dreamed this up recently. An #abdl baby food recipe that I will one day inflict upon myself. The baby and toddler version look terrible. I am not sure which one would be worse.

3 recipes for “Beans and Weeners”
One for adults regressed to baby age, involves a can of white beans and Vienna sausage, pureed with formula.
One for adults regressed to toddler age, same ingredients but mashed with a fork. The serving suggestion says “Add cubed carrots or peas!”
Anbd the standard beans and weeners recipe.
There is a “yuck” scale from 1 to 5 that has yet to be filled in.

I feel like it just takes a couple of watches to get the rhythm of it, and it helps to be in the right mood. Especially if you can watch it with other ABDL friends.

And maybe it’s not for you! That’s fine! Not all art resonates with everyone.

Bluey doesn’t do itself any favours with the first few episodes. In general it is unabashedly a show for toddlers, with some good stuff thrown in for parents.

Rain (S3E18), Sleepytime (S2E9) and Flatpack (S2E21) are all gooders.

The regression series? It’s so pure. As Art (Capital-A Art) it’s amazing. The intentionality of the perspective, the action and the blur really deeply unlocks childhood for me in some very cool ways.
