Mostly stressed due to the U.S. economy and job market being a nightmare for gen z.

At home things are wonderful, I couldn't ask for a better family and group of friends 💕

I stopped dieting when I lost my home in early April. Since then I've lost all the progress I had made. Back up to 205lbs from 195lbs. I'm restarting my diet and hoping to go for 180lbs. I have problems overeating when I'm depressed or stressed, which has been my life for the past several years lol
