Mamdani reiterates his support for trans folks, his determination to fight "the scourge of antisemitism," and his pledge to fight Islamophobia--and throws a punch at the billionaire-funded campaign of lies against him. "In a time of political darkness, New York will be the light." This is a SPEECH.

Is Lemonade legit? I received a letter from Lemonade Secure Processing Center saying that my driver's license number was in a data breach and I can enroll in protection services...to which I have to give my social security number.

The canary is on life support.
Last night's Pentagon massacre is much more than realized. Not just firing the black CJCS and first woman CNO but all the senior JAG officers and hiring a man who just joined 3 different crypto firms tied to Kushner and Thiel as Chairman. I did a deep dive into it open.substack.com/pub/fpwellma...

The House Introduces Bill to Ban Abortion Nationwide.

Remember when Trump said he wasn’t going to implement a total abortion ban? Yeah, well here’s the bill proposing a nationwide abortion ban.

Just another egregious LIE to add to the long list of lies from this corrupt administration.

The problem with lauding Houston as a great place because it welcomes immigrants is half the story. Yes, it's great that it's welcoming, but the city was built on a swamp. There were floods early on & they continue. The swamp will reclaim the land, as fire has in LA.
Weird to write a piece highlighting pho kolaches as a symbol of why we should want more immigration and then logging in here to find a little firestorm of people who read a pull quote and are angry that I'm against pho kolaches and immigration.

Or I guess maybe just the Internet on an average day.

They also had fewer ER visits, nights spent in a hospital, and jail stays.

The report estimates that this reduction in public service use SAVED the city $589k.
