Something I’ve been quite quiet about is my recent diagnosis of RRMS (relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis). It’s been a long few months trying to get to the bottom of why I’ve been feeling so awful since November last year, but in April I found out. And today I started a blog about it.

In honour of pride month, I’d like to say how proud I am of all members of the LGBTQ+ community. We’re living in hostile times, and yet every one I meet or interact with is refusing to let their spirit be broken. I am especially proud of my wonderful wife for staying unapologetically herself 🖤🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

🐦Sky nuggets: big ones, like birbs. Also general term.
🦋Dusty sky nuggets: butterflies.
🐝Spicy sky nuggets: bees, wasps etc. Inedible.
🪰Juicy sky nuggets: big flies.
🐞 Crunchy sky nuggets: beetles.

Remember: Cass is not peer-reviewed - and is therefore not “gold”, silver, bronze or even recycled plastic standard.
IMO it’s just pseudoscience.
There are now at least five damming, peer-reviewed critiques of Cass; all automatically of a higher standard, with at least two more in peer-review.

If there’s one thing Oatie would be if she wasn’t a cat, it’s a shoe. Could she aim a little higher? Perhaps, but she didn’t take it well when I belittled her modest dream.
