I'm pretty sure Fred Thomas MP (LAB, Plymouth Moor View) just asked our Chief of Defence Richard Knighton in the Defence committee hearing happening now, 'in what way are reserves a "fundamental part" of the Armed Forces?', seeming to disagree with the Defence Chief's assertion that they were.
