Thinking about sharing pole dance stuff here again, I even had a photoshoot earlier this year but chickened out on sharing the results 🥲
I'm still dreaming of mixing poling together with my suit but I can't wrap my head around how to add grip points!

I've taken up psychology courses in our local uni and I actually read through these books willingly and quickly as hell because they interest me.
