The irony of that is that Michael D and Catherine Connolly had a bad falling out over candidate selection and she left Labour. That's personality related stuff, it happens in politics. But ideologically, they are very similar.

Look this is really, really simple - Catherine Connolly is Continuity Michael D. If you voted for him, then vote for her. Anything she has done, he would have done.

I was a constituency DoE for Michael D in 2011. It's a tough thing to run for, parties piling on the pressure, the media, the debates, the polling, the scrutiny, the judgement. Only the most experienced political representatives are able. The rest are dreamers to one degree or another. #Aras25

Not really surprised that Jim Gavin has withdrawn from #Aras25. Not repaying money is a basic integrity issue. Presidential candidates have to be above anything like that.
