Walked down the Lisburn road, lots of shops gone replaced by swarms of dentists

Strava taunting me with a session from 4 years ago, I remember it because i ran the last mile in 5'30 and went on to do my PB in a 10k a few weeks later
I really thought it would last forever, when your on a good streak enjoy it, but keep a mind to recovery

@eops.bsky.social really enjoyed the last electronic workshop, usually I dip in and out of things, because let's face it, there's too much good music, but I was on a long long train journey and kept it on. Reminded me of what I liked about acid house back when, a real raw energy. Thanks

I seen an elderly woman make a mistake, she went thru an orange traffic light and got stuck in a junction blocking incoming traffic
Man drove right up to her and blew his horn...like really went to town with it
Fk me, it's only traffic mate
