As someone who has never quite cared for Ira Sachs nor Ben Wishaw, PETER HUJAR’S DAY really surprised me with how absorbing and amusing it was. Wishaw is so good in it.

Dem party policy is simple: By capitulating to everything Republicans want it creates a spike in anger on which to exploit campaign donations + it makes all their wealthy donors (who are all the exact same donors Republicans have) happy. Only way to break this is to end the party

Saw the 4K restoration of Jessie Maple’s WILL. Great movie.

It’s showing again on Wednesday as part of the Black Harvest Film Fest at the Siskel Film Center. Highly recommend.
