God I hate how anti-intellectual out times are. I’d rather be sitting here reading interesting books, or learning about astronomy stuff, or making a movie about weird shit - but I gotta spend energy constantly explaining my existence to a world that empathizes more with Nazis then marginalized ppl.

I love being a human & having a body bc the fitness journey is nonlinear & dif aspects get worked on at dif times. Like I had the best diet & workout routine a few years ago, but the worst mentality; I don't always love the pics I take now, but I am so less miserable than I was. I'm healing well. :)

There's a movie called Clown in a Cornfield that my brain always changes the title to Corn in a Clownfield and I get super excited bc that's so wacky hell yes I'd watch it but then I reread it and get less excited so I've yet to see it but maybe someday

What fucks me up about being chronically ill is that if I'm in pain while I'm dreaming, I'm injured in it. Harpooned, disembowelled, being a robot that's falling apart, a gunshot wound with a clear entrance and exit. This time it's hooks like a suspension rig. Sick and tired or being sick and tired.
