Activist #Yinxuan disappeared for 3 months. 🇨🇳 govt intercepted him in #Beijing on Aug. 11 while seeking medical care, then forcibly returned him to Hubei. Multiple authorities won't tell family/lawyer his location. Lawyers filed petition demanding answers.
