I don't think I'd be so pissed about everything taking forever if they hadn't gotten us so used to 2-7 day deliveries and minimal effort. I've had several packages delayed and one is my coat and it's fucking freezing this week. Was meant to come today, now tomorrow, when I'm out freezing my ass off.
