Lol The Substance is a movie where Demi Moore is rejected for being old even thought she looks that beautiful while being "old". Isn't someone who looks that beautiful at her age someone you should be listening to, as a young person?
People with children, you don't need to go to the cinema to watch the new live action Snow White. There are already 3 live action Snow White movies that have been done in the past. Not only that, Gal Gadot...

If you desperately feel that you wanna watch, go to the high seas when it drops on VOD.
Dead the "Opening Weekend Box Office numbers" as a tool to measure the success of a movie and I'm so fuckin serious.

I understand why people feel this way, truly. But it’s news writing 101 to avoid language that prejudges legal outcomes, even when they may seem obvious. It’s the same reason you’ll see stories about an “alleged” shooter or a “suspect” even if three people saw them do it.
You need to start using the word "illegal" a lot more in your writing
You ever read a tweet and just know that someone is bored? I don't mean looking for attention. They're just bored.
I spend a lot of my time looking up Anthony Mackie to see if he ever said or did anything wrong and all I'm getting is that he's just another case of someone being hated because he's a black person with a voice lol. The hate towards him is so forced and miserable lmfao
I checked. Every Best Picture winner for the last 5 years has a combined budget of about $170m(Oppenheimer being the most expensive at $100m. Almost half of the budget for this new Netflix piece of crap done solely to attract new subscribers ($320m). LMFAO Guys, what are we doing?
Watching Jurassic Park as a kid: "This poor nice old man just wants everyone from kids to adults to just enjoy his magical theme park and things keep going wrong and that's so unfortunate"

Watching Jurassic Park as an adult: "FUCKIN BILLIONAIRES! Am I right? Jesus. Every fuckin time"
Ari Aster, pitching "Beau Is Afraid":

"GIANT DICK MONSTER!!! Now that I have your attention, what we're gonna be talking about is family fueled social anxiety taken to astronomical levels"
Ari Aster, pitching "Midsommar":

"So I just am in love with exploring family trauma. This time I was thinking HEY!! COME ON!! I work really hard on this. Okay, the horror happens during the day and you know what? We'll open with a double murder and suicide. Got your attention?"
Ari Aster, pitching "Hereditary":

"So keeping in line with trauma. This time I wanna add elements of grief and how that affects your mental heal- unbelievable. On your phone again!?!? Okay, THE DEVIL! Do I have yout attention!?!? No. Do I? Are you sure?"
Ari Aster, pitching "Strange Thing About The Johnsons":

"So I wanna make a movie about family trau- hey! Hey, are you on your phone!? Okay, son sexually assaulting his father!!. Do I have your attention now!?!? Good. So..."

Setting aside the incredibly dangerous and fascist aspect of this, is there actual evidence that Khalil was a “Hamas supporter”? Or is the standard for a green-card holder being sent to a secret location and possibly deported just “critical of Israel”?
It's frustrating and most of us can't help it because the idea of going offline means facing the actual reality that we still need to address whatever we're going through when we're not on the timeline(and we're alone).

Don't listen to me though. I rant about everything.
The question itself is annoying but I think the person who asked is also aware that this is the kind of question that would cause a reaction in this current time. We're involuntary spectators to almost everyone around us while they're living their lives same as how we all feel we're being watched
That tweet that asks what a person who follows you for a week would feel about how serious you are about your dreams, for me, speaks to the kind of culture we're living thanks to, in most parts, social media.
I don't mean to be reductive, but on a long enough time, a martyr always gets reduced to being a merchandising opportunity. The most radical thing you can do, especially in these insane times, amongst all the other efforts you put in, is staying alive. Live to fight another day.
The chat about sexual liberation being used as a tool for "validation" vs "empowerment" feels like a chat we had in the 2015 year chapter of feminism entering the internet (and by "internet", I mean Twitter)
And Shazam lol (but that's just for connecting music with lived moments)
This is how we then remind ourselves that we have in fact lived and participated in this life even with the limitations placed on us by people who don't believe we deserve to live our lives beyond being livestock for them and their wealth.
I feel like a lot of what goes into existentialism is us feeling like we haven't done anything with our lives and sometimes that can feel like it's true but if we are keeping track of all we do, our everyday lives, we can look back at little moments that changed us over the years.
It's hard to see how far you've come if you yourself aren't keeping track and you also lose sense of knowing that growth doesn't happen in one day, week or even a month but if you have no receipt that you've lived, you'll grow less appreciative of even the little growth you experience
Nothing motivates me to post more (the clock app or IG) than going back to see the shit I used to post 4/5 + years ago. No one around you is going to document your life for you. You have to do it to yourself. In fact, you owe it to yourself. Everyday life is so heavy that we lose the time to reflect
"HELLO!?!?" - Me, to everyone saying that Mark Ruffalo was not playing Elon Musk or Trump but some other dictator.

(Because all dictators use the same handbook)
