That was the thing that surprised me honestly. Other programs are maybe a tiny bit snappier to open, but it legit cut my boot time in half even if I just let Grub auto-boot my install instead of selecting it.

I personally feel more republican in that I'm strongly against abortions (complicated topic), mildly against transgender idealogy (NOT trans rights) and other things that are more associated with democrats, but also think Trump is a terrible person. I also can not condone what ICE has been doing.

I suppose you are correct. People who lean more towards being republican make up about 46% of the population though. So although my initial statement was incorrect, about half of america more politically leans towards being republican. Some are scumbags, some are good people. Same with democrats.

Honestly some people literally only need a web browser. The minute you have to change settings it’s gonna be impossible to Google, but my great grandma who only checks Facebook would benefit from better boot time, less bloat, and like zero risk of those popups on scam websites giving her a virus

the biggest issue with Christianity is people who misrepresent it and try to bludgeon people with their faith rather than love their neighbor, share their faith, and let the rest come from trusted mentors rather than random strangers on the internet

I mean I don’t want people bringing drug lords and murderers over the border but we need to be allocating money towards making it much easier to come here legally. And there’s a lot of videos out there suggesting ICE goes out of line fairly often.

@support.bsky.team so long story short, changing my website's DNS settings caused it to go down. So I changed it back, which invalidated my handle. Now when I use the .txt option Bluesky verifies the file but gives an error when I try to update my handle (spacepickle.co). Can you help with this?

Politics aside, that’s awesome, means that the panels could eventually pay off the cost of installation. Either way the cost is sunk and you don’t have to worry about it anymore, unlike paying electrical bills all the time

You could open up the drives and scratch them up with some sandpaper, or hit em with a sledgehammer, run them over with your car, fill them with water then freeze them, burn them with a blowtorch, etcetera

So apparently EA is being bought out for $55 Billion in cash, and going private in the process. I’m hoping this will lead to positive changes in their products but it could also mean even more microtransactions.
