The scene when the doctor removes Tuvok's emotional suppression abilities is one of my absolute favorites from the whole series. Thank you Tim Russ for this endless gift!!
Tuvok is standing in sickbay with his hands clasped in front of him, his pointer fingers erect, in the same gesture he uses while meditating. However, he looks anything but meditative. Tuvok's head is thrown back, his eyes closed, and his mouth open in a violent shout, the veins in his neck popping out with the effort.
