Fuck you people. Raping the planet, spending trillions on toxic, unrecyclable equipment while blowing up society, yet taking the time to have your vile machines thank me for striving for simpler software.

Just fuck you. Fuck you all.

I can't remember the last time I was this angry.

Speaking at MiniDebConf Navi Mumbai this month on Dec 13. I’m done with all of the presentation material and all I gotta do is head there and give my presentation.

Finally found enough time to make some Verilog projects and this time I used free software available in Debian package repositories like Icarus Verilog and GTKWave to compile and simulate the code.

Teasing my upcoming free software project - covers, a package/library manager for C. The repository is now live and v0.1.0 is in the works. I'm a masochist so I wrote a package manager in pure C with no scripts. I just need to fix some memory leaks before releasing v0.1.0.

Did a very risky thing with my debian install today. My debian only had 200gb allocation and didn't have enough space to install games so I used gparted to harvest storage from a windows drive and add it to my debian install and safe to say that it went well. It's time for some debian gaming now ;)

I'm currently writing a paper on open source technologies that use XMPP and IRC and I'm conducting a survey to receive inputs from the users and what they think about the services.

If you're a user of these protocols, please fill this form:

Finally got into The Elder Scrolls franchise with Skyrim. Oblivion was really too dated for me. I think I’ll buy Oblivion Remastered when I get a new console.

C is so amazing that I bunked a lecture to write a C project, spent 3 hours on #c on libera.chat fixing the issues during a web programming lab lecture and another 3 hours after college only to fix strcat() and strcmp() without using LLMs which would’ve taken 1 minute. It’s fun.

I’ve decided to return to GitHub in limited capacity as a lot of companies check GitHub during job interviews. Only my profession related projects will be posted on GitHub while all of my hobby or free software projects will be hosted on Codeberg as usual.

I've started a podcast on Spotify and the first episode is up. More episodes coming on Sept 22 and Sept 29.

I'm using Text To Speech due to my stuttering. All of the scripts used in this podcast human generated by me.

Finally finished RDR1 and Undead Nightmare today. It was such a fun ride and I honestly don’t feel like deleting the game yet. There’s still gang hideouts left to clear.

Nothing better than reading a book.

I plan to start my own blog very soon and host it myself if possible.

Debian 13 trixie is the best distro for my Thinkpad. Pure GNOME is much better than the one Ubuntu forked for their distro.

I’ve been on BlueSky for about 7 months now and it’s the only social media that I don’t despise because it’s very non intrusive and doesn’t try to push itself into your life.

Still don’t know why people are on X.

IRC is way more fun than using Discord/Slack. I regret not using it earlier.

Here's a small demo of QuickOverflow Version 2.0.0

It now auto detects errors in your terminal and directs you to StackOverflow solutions instantly.

No more copy pasting into google or asking braindead LLMs.

Try it here: github.com/SpaciousCode...

PyOverflow3 is a complete rewrite of the original pyoverflow library written in Python 2.

It's a simple library that automatically detects errors in your Python code and gives you solutions in browser.
