Hello, I’m Lukas! 🏳️‍⚧️💚

I work as a surgical veterinary technician in Florida.🩺🐶🐱

I love fursuiting, baking, dog training, the occasional art, and spaniels!

Though chronic health issues have made things hard recently, my current passion is performing Canine Musical Freestyle with my dog Basil!🕺🐕

To be fair-Daiquiri and his owner Jennifer have competed in Cruft’s freestyle competition a few times, and I’ve probably watched all the Cruft’s freestyle routines a zillion times at this point. 😂

Definitely spent WAY more time on the background than I did on the figures. Which is my least favorite part but totally worth it for the results.

Ahhh, just had my first appointment with a new doctor to discuss starting HRT and it went so well!! I have to do a follow-up visit near the end of October(because Florida laws make you have to jump through a bunch of hoops 🙄), and then I will be able to start T. So exciting!! 🏳️‍⚧️❤️

Daily DBZ 125. Chi-Chi is tired of the boys punching and kicking around the house while she has to walk to the market on foot. Time for Goku (not her?) to get a drivers license! Piccolo tags along in his human disguise and has a pretty okay time learning to drive a hovercar!

Daily DBZ 118-2. Having given up on his search for Goku, Vegeta returns to the only place that’ll take him, Earth. His stolen Capsule Corp ship crashes down at Bulma’s house. Bulma quickly realizes he hasn’t bathed or changed in over a year so she brings the stinky boy right to the showers. HMM.

In front of the crashed Capsule ship, Bulma holds her nose and leads stinky Vegeta away. Yamcha and Puar stand to the side looking stunned.

Reminder that feeding your cats raw food at this time is NOT safe. The speed at which cats go from a light fever to dying of pneumonia or neurological symptoms is just a few DAYS.

I lost 2 cats to this in March and had around 20k in medical bills to save 2 others who were hospitalized.

May I remind everyone that there is currently NO cure for rabies.

May I also remind everyone there is absolutely NO scientific proof connecting ANY vaccine that we produce today with autism.

This is true regarding vaccination in both humans AND in dogs.

Vaccinate your pets please.

As rabies seems to be spreading more in wildlife, veterinarians are especially worried about vaccine hesitancy spreading among pet owners, a dangerous trend that could lead to more dogs - and their owners
- becoming infected. A 2023 study published in the journal Vaccine found in nationally representative sample of Americans that nearly 40% believed canine vaccines were unsafe and 37% believed that vaccines could lead their dogs to develop cognitive issues, such as autism.
