Hmm. I used to get that way sometimes.
I found that listening to ships comms lets my mind shut down. I’m focused on listening, and it keeps the random thoughts to a minimum.
Pass out pretty quick when I do that.

I just have different genetics, and have, from day one. Augmentations later enhanced them.
Seeing someone sick isn’t really that fun either, if I’m honest. I’m too empathetic.
