Item 1 before the ink is dry signing in a new POTUS should be an order that being found guilty of a felony or federal crime whilst in office is an immediate impeachment offence & they take their administration with them. Pending felony or federal crime charges should also be a bar to taking office.

The idea us to disperse irritant wih the effect of dispersing or subduing crowds. A pepper-ball should never be deployed directly at the head, neck or face. There is record of deaths caused by a hit to the eye. This should be treated as assault with a deadly weapon or attempted murder.

Today marks the 27th anniversary of the tragic death of openly gay student Matthew Shepard, in the small town of Laramie, Wyoming USA.

His horrific murder by 2 local men of similar age was rightly determined a hate crime and precipitated a change in US federal law.

An openly gay man, he was the victim of a hate crime which was the subject of huge media attention across the USA. His horrific murder caused a change in hate-crime laws in the USA to include crimes motivated by a victim's actual or perceived gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability. The story is compassionately told in the stage play The Laramie Project based on the collected testimonies of over 200 people interviewed in and around his hometown of Laramie, Wyoming and Colorado where he was cared for in the final days before his untimely death.

Isn't this the same old same old mistake we have been making with PFI private sector for years? Give somebody else all the money for the bits we can't do without (hospital buildings, rolling stock etc) in businesses that in themselves makes little or no profit! Train companies should rent from govt!
