With so much going on in the world, who has time to remember what awnings are, am I right? Don’t worry, I’ve got it “covered.”

An awning is a sheet of canvas or other material stretched on a frame and used to keep the sun or rain off a storefront, window, doorway, or deck.

Very impressed with the cartoon “Spider-Woman.” Sure, it could be silly at times but at least it took the classic monsters seriously and depicted their abilities accordingly.

I was happy running this 5K a couple of weeks ago. It felt especially good because I was sick that day and wasn’t sure I’d be able to do it. But I have to admit I could have done without the invisible wire that cut off the top part of my head at the finish line.

A guy is crossing the finish line at a 5K race. Due to a glitch in the automatic camera that takes pics of all finishers, it looks like the top part of his head is cut off.
