Fell onto outstretched hands 2 weeks ago.... apparent scaphoid fracture in right wrist but still not visible on xray. No pain in anatomic snuffbox, but volar prominence still hurts. Got CT scan today, no results yet. Have been wearing thumb spica splint last 2 weeks. I am so over this. Any advice? 😜

Just finished my latest 3 day fast 💪🔥 and feel great. Down about 15 lbs since mid-May.... feels great to be back on the "wagon" again lol. I dropped an 8lb dumbbell on my foot this week, ugh - prob not broken, but just in case I've been laying off the walking, but should be back at it soon!

Just finished my latest 3 day fast 💪🔥 and feel great. Down about 15 lbs since mid-May.... feels great to be back on the "wagon" again lol. I dropped an 8lb dumbbell on my foot this week, ugh - prob not broken, but just in case I've been laying off the walking, but should be back at it soon!

I finished my 96 hour fast and feel great! Broke it tonight with some cheese then a nice bbq steak and green salad. Proud I stuck with it for 4 whole days.... but don't need to go that long next time. Next week: 3 day fast, 2 days OMAD + 2 days 2MAD 😊. I'm down 13.2 lbs! This is the plan for me. 💪🔥

I finished my 96 hour fast and feel great! Broke it tonight with some cheese then a nice bbq steak and green salad. Proud I stuck with it for 4 whole days.... but don't need to go that long next time. Next week: 3 day fast, 2 days OMAD + 2 days 2MAD 😊. I'm down 13.2 lbs! This is the plan for me. 💪🔥
