Based on some breakfast googling -

There would seem to be an expectation of reasonable inspection and maintenance - if you live in an older building with big chimneys in a windy city is it reasonable to have them occasionally checked ?

This is after the clear up. Fire service attended in early hours. Council had cherry picker here at first light clearing roof level debris and removed one vehicle that was stoved in on the street. Another pot went through roof of adjacent house - guests in top floor. Looked like a bomb site.
