Hello, world!

We are a new children’s bookshop which will open its doors in Edinburgh in 2026.

Much work is going on behind the scenes to make it happen, but in the meantime we are doing a pop-up to introduce ourselves to our lovely city and its community.

I struggled with kickstand of Voi bike, and had to ask someone how to do it.
Quite heavy / awkward for small people.
Perhaps part of the issue?
Brakes are also HUGE, men's hands size...
“Why not just tell your readers to move Voi bikes that are blocking cycle racks?”

www.thenerve.news is still tiny. We launched it with no dirty money (no money at all, lol!). But we're proving what's possible with a small expert team & no billionaire owners.

We knew the UK press wouldn't understand or properly cover this story, so we did. Thank you for the support!
