SO... I'm pretty much done with Fortnite. There were statements made by Tim Sweeney saying that AI usage doesn't need to be disclosed, and then AI usage was found all over this current season- from art to sprays to in-game songs. Between that, and the upcoming shitty wizard collab... Yeah, I'm done.

I think the biggest pitfall of sci-fi/fantasy storytelling, especially for worldbuilders, in the infodump.

You're (rightfully) just so proud of all the work you put into creating a cohesive setting that you just wanna PUKE it all over readers/watchers on page one.

I hit a metaphoric wall, seemingly out of nowhere. Between burnout and fatigue, I have been sleeping a lot. When I talked to the people around me they mentioned the same thing: we're full of ideas and want to work on them, but we're all tired.

Okay-- out of my wide variety of likes, interests, and [at least at one point] hyperfixations, I think I've narrowed my focus down to a few things lately:

- music
- video games
- symbolism [psychology, mythos, etc.]
- fashion
- creating [using any and every medium]

I need to learn Blender.
