My book comes out tomorrow & according to everyone I should:
"engage with the readers who loved your book"
"Only engage with something if someone has *tagged you.*"
"only ever share reviews from people with their permission"
"really ought not read the reviews at all"
"don't interact. Period."

I'm starting to get some nice reviews on Good Reads (my book comes out Tuesday) and I've been VERY good to NOT respond.
BUT,if they link to the review on their blog or facebook... can I SHARE that link?
Or do I literally need to not interact in any way with nice reviews?

I'm starting to get some nice reviews on Good Reads (my book comes out Tuesday) and I've been VERY good to NOT respond.

It happened. A few days earlier than I thought.
I saw my books in a real book store.
I told them it was my book and they let me sign them and they even had stickers for signed editions.
(The book doesn't technically launch until Tuesday... so they haven't worked up the description yet)
