The main reason: millions of Americans have used them safely on several occasions, and the vaccines actually worked thereby preventing them from getting COVID. They are now trying to persuade those people they are somehow nefarious.

The thing is - if SCOTUS rules against the president’s tariffs and those taxes are to be refunded, they will go back to importers and businesses. Who knows what that process will entail.

Consumers may see prices go down, but they aren’t going to get a refund.
