very happy I learned transcendental meditation this past march bc I have no idea where I am for those 23 minutes but my mind and body feel immensely relaxed when I come out of it

two girls in my tuesday eft peer group got certified in emotion focused couples therapy and we all started our externships last year — it made me sad but I processed it and realized that im very very close

I have so many parts, there’s a piano player part, a ballet part, a hot yoga part, a lap swimmer part, a tennis player part, and there’s this painter part that is like, so under developed — I can’t wait to develop it at some point in time I want to paint with oils.
