if you dont cultivate what youre forming, it might not stick forever... so even if it seems to be sticking, its always good practice to keep at it every now and then. its like feeding it to keep it alive. keeps it alive and ACTIVE (of course, you can try to do this with new and old alters too)

visualize what you/you& want. start with simple details. and keep doing it until its natural, and naturally occurs when you bring the headspace into focus. and then keep practicing with more details until youre happy. even when the change is made, its a good idea to continue to practice

forcing headspace changes/maniulation probably is the least harmful thing you could do systemwise, although forcing anything can come at a cost. for headspace stuff, we try and do like willowgenics or thoughtforms or whatever do.
