So uhhh… I’m gonna be completely honest, I’m in a bit of a rough spot. Yesterday I was out on the street from about 3 something pm to 12:45 am due to a falling out I had with my mom.

Thankfully I am home but only for a limited amount of time until I can find somewhere else to live.

How do you personally deal with anxiety, stress, and depression?

Asking for myself, friends, and pretty much anyone else who needs it.

It’s always good to have a resource and it’s always good to hear multiple perspectives on how to deal with issues like this.
