A few scenes from my upcoming nature documentary. Set in Teesdale in the North Pennines, the film will take the viewer on a journey through the seasons, meeting some of the wildlife and highlighting how natural forces and of course humans have shaped this landscape. youtu.be/IbZs_tqZ_3M?...

Tranquility personified 👍
Aye - but maybe some interesting cloud effects to come over the next few days as the high pressure block dissipates?🤞
Yes, that was a very odd effect, given that I was removing a sort of blemish🤦‍♂️ I saw a Helm Cap sitting on Cross Fell and its neighbours one day, but otherwise we’ve just had blanket blue skies for what seems like weeks, so a bit of a fallow period for me, photographically☹️
Very special - a just reward for your efforts 👍
But what a privilege when a bird/animal feels sufficiently comfortable with your presence and lets you spend a bit of time near them 😃
A master of disguise 🦉
The River Caldew in Cumbria yesterday. Very unusual to see the bedrock exposed like this - very, very worrying. And it's only halfway though May...😟 #drought #LakeDistrict #Cumbria

Indeed - I thought this was an interesting insight into how AI *thinks* 🤦
They are - but clearly we need more monkeys in our photos 😂
It’s weird - I can only assume Adobe’s AI thought part of the 🐴 looked a bit like a 🐵 . Still, it made me laugh 😹
Beautifully mind-boggling! 😵‍💫
Monkey On My Back’ - look closely and compare the two. See Alt text for the amusing (i think) back-story.
Thanks Em, it's from one of my regular dog-walking routes. There's been some lovely misty mornings there over the last couple of weeks😃
Many thanks, Keith👍
An iconic scene beautifully captured 😍
Thanks Sarah - yes, it’s so uplifting 😃
No worries, David. I’ve had replies I’ve not seen too. I keep telling myself I must get round to scanning my best slides before the colours deteriorate beyond salvation. A must-do project for me for next winter hopefully 🤞
