@stephengrahamking.com, Toronto, 2009 08. I've said many things about these photos but what strikes me today is how unusual it is to see pictures of someone just eating. Pictures of food, many. Pictures of nudity or sex, plenty. But eating, not so much.

Introduce yourself with four spaceships.

Is anyone else struggling extra hard with the change of seasons this year? I don't know if it's the cold, snow, and lack of light on top of the world spiralling every harder, but yeesh. Putting my full spectrum lamp through its paces, that's for sure.

@stephengrahamking.com & honey, Toronto, 2009 08. I was in my second year of managing diabetes and was massively craving sweet things. Stephen agreed to a bit of cathexis :)
It's a real joy to work with someone who fully commits to a project.

Massive shoutout out to whoever handles the Royal Canadian Air Force’s social media account. They responded to every single comment on their already very solid Trans Day of Remembrance post and they responded like this…

I need to start forcing myself to speak in my lower register. Just so people stop calling me ma'am on the phone.

I saw a meme about someone who lives alone realizing they haven't spoken all the while they've been by themselves. Does that happen?? I live alone and I talk to the TV, I talk to myself, I talk to inanimate objects. The will to speak is far too strong.

And rightly so. Because it's a crime the way Prodigy was ignored and dumped. It was fantastic and deserved so much better.
‘Star Trek: Prodigy’ And Kate Mulgrew Nominated For Emmys
The series may have ended, but the accolades continue.

They make some good points. A little zhoozh to the format couldn't hurt.

Can’t believe the whole country has to suffer through the return of Dickensian childhood diseases because the worst, most ignorant attention-demanders decided other people’s expertise makes them feel bad

Happy Book Birthday to me! The Infinite Heist is one year old.
The 5 Days of Maverick Heart: Day 5. My pandemic book that mocked me on and off for months until it finally all fell into place. The one that asks, "What if you could steal the most valuable thing in the universe, from every universe?" #MyBooks #BookSky 💙📚

I love her books. They take me places I'd never imagined, allowing me to see the world's she's created through a cultural lens far removed from my own. And this one is no exception. Highly recommended. #WhatImReading #BookSky 💙📚

Rainy afternoon viewing: Twinless, written and directed by and starring James Sweeney. Also starring Dylan O'Brien and Lauren Graham. Highly recommended. Manages to be both bleak and funny. Complicated, but beautiful. And gorgeously shot and acted by all involved.
