Just had my second consecutive day weighing in under 310 lbs. Last time I had multiple weigh-ins under 310 was March 2021. Four and and a half years ago.
Next milestone of course is breaking down below 300. I haven't seen a "2" as that first integer since 2017.
I might see it again before 2026.

Hey look it's me 4 months ago. At that point I had completed two weeks of IF and dropped from 345 to 335 lbs.
Well, four months later I have failed to meet the 18-hour fasting goal maybe twice. Total.
Down to 310 as of yesterday. 1.5 lbs per week
Don't mind me. Just doing Future Skinny Guy shit

Been off the 'sky for a while. Just popping in to brag on myself, I've completed 14 consecutive 18-hour intermittent fasts, and dropped 10 pounds in two weeks. Even better, it was a 5 pounds each week. This feels sustainable and I dare to dream of being under 300 pounds again.
