An Imp desperately trying to convince his infernal co-workers that he's important.
A fat, pug faced imp of hell with a scorpion tail and itty bitty bat wings. He has a pair of oversized horns tied to his head in an effort to look more impressive. It's not working.

Accidentally touched digital again to revisit some concept art principles I've been trying to understand.
Brain monsters with crab claws, these are fan concepts for a video game called The Holdouts. Drawing during an online event with Paul Richards describing his own creature design process for the game. A follow up doodle where I try to parse some things Paul Richards said recently. Some artists lean into curves, others think in more angular terms. I've been exploring curve-counter-curve, and noticed that it acts as a sort of marriage between the SIN vs SAW conflict that Paul pointed out.

A pencil sketch of a party of adventurers lost in an impossible Escheresque dungeon maze. The maze itself is a rather simple design of a brick crossroad with a set of four pillars in the middle, but it's duplicated six times and oriented in the shape of a cube, creating the illusion of fractal complexity. The three adventurers are lost, each one walking on a different path inside. A skeleton of an unfortunate soul lies out of sight on the left. Text at the bottom reads "Twitch.Tv/Stevesketches"

I did them ages ago, and spent way too long trying to decide which one I wanted to draw. Eventually chose the second because it just kept catching my eye. The other poses feature Spinning Bird Kick, and other typical poses. Still kinda like all of them tho.
