For the last 23 days I've been learning Scots Gaelic to feel closer to my late Daddy.
I miss him so much & wish he could see me trying hard to learn the language of his birth. I'd love to his blue eyes light up as I showed him what I knew so far.

So this is how I'm feeling towards therapy right now. As in my therapist is causing me to feel worse than before and not in a it gets worse before better. No instead I feel like she isn't actually listening to me and os dismissive of when I want to talk about a specific thing.

I do not like therapy at all - I'm feeling carved open and all we did was about introduction to it and a general why I was there.

Today I finally begin my therapy to help me heal with the abuse I endured at the hands of my own mother.
I sincerely hope every week whilst I'm having to recount and process what she did to me that she feels each and every torment physically.
She's a sociopath and evil so it's allowed.

27 minutes on the phone to ATG for tickets - and not once have I spoken to anyone.
This is why I partially understand why disabled people don't go out much.... they're exhausted by repeated jazz on hold music.

Fun trip to the walk in at the local walk in centre as a part of my healing scar has opened a day after the sutres were taken out. The walk in centre who at 6.30 weren't taking any more patients as they were at capacity to close at 8 - and the triage just went come back tomorrow.
