In #allforcity news: Vietnamese club Thep Xanh Nam Dinh FC announced the signing of Njabulo Blom on Instagram today.

Blom’s buy option wasn’t picked up by Kaizer Chiefs following his loan stint last season.

No loan/selling terms reported, but St. Louis desperately needed the roster spot.
