There's a lot CITY fans should be very excited for in Mamadou Fall's game beyond his defense & passing is something that CITY has lacked since the departure of Tim Parker - a header threat on set pieces. Fall is an absolute weapon in the air, as seen here in 2021 vs the Galaxy:

Assuming all of this is true, IF (and its a big if) Sargent does get sold to Toronto, CITY must at the very least fulfill the requirement of a good faith offer to ensure some compensation for his discovery rights. He's not coming here, but at least they can maximize the return.
