On his back is the staff Laevateinn, a long black staff with a crescent head, and a blue gem set in it.
They are standing on a street in Ul'dah during the Rising, there are people walking around, and there are blue crystalline decorations set round about. (Sha'dow is nearly always seen in the Adamantite Pauldroncoat of Fending (because they're nearly always busy being the WoL), but when they're not? (Yes I am reposting my comm'd art! It's SO GOOD) This is their go-to "go to town" outfit)
