Yay, I've got the lurgy again... Expect lower activity for the next week or so.

Natural language to search for or discuss things, as well as also using it to come up with new ideas under the guidance of a human, which is how I want to use it, especially as I can reduce my carbon footprint, whilst I hash things out without needing to go online as much to use it!

It was never meant to outright replace anyone, rather it's supposed to streamline repetitive and tedious tasks... Stuff like you mentioned is a great example!

Likewise, I think that it'd be a useful tool - as an LLM - to collate multiple info sources and interact with them via the LLM using-

I remember playing with Craiyon a couple of years ago... I still have the pictures somewhere, and they're somewhat different from what it generates now!

It does also occasionally have use with seeing what an "outlandish" concept or thing looks like, mainly if it's something you'd never actually want to actually bring into reality on a more serious basis!

I've always regarded AI as a tool amongst other tools, hence my current stance... It can be extremely useful for certain situations, or enhance them, but AI isn't a silver bullet that fixes everything, like so many are claiming... It's meant to supplement things, not be the entire basis of it!

Good, although ironically, my profile images in the format you see (there's 3) are placeholders too, made using one of those "cartoon face generator" things where you select components to use, and surprisingly it looks like me, albeit when my hair was shorter!

If I were to use an AI generated cover, that'd be clearly stated, and a placeholder, especially given that in a lot of cases, it'd be based on my ability to carry out the task(s) required to actually do what I actually wanted for it IRL!
