If it wasn’t clear before, Perkins is an enormous upgrade in CF over Sal. Sal is amazing in RF but CF is a different animal altogether.

In the Brewers' previous 283 games entering the NLCS, only twice did an opposing starter get through 8 innings.

It's happened twice through two games this series.

It’s fair to say snell and yoshi were great but the approach and execution from brewer hitters is inexcusable. There’s a reason guys don’t go this deep in the playoffs—to let back to back starters to 8 with zero stress is beyond explanation.

I will admit I expected the dodgers to win this series but I didn’t expect the brewers to go out sad like this. This is embarrassing. Just the worst absolute time to play your worst ball of the year.

Outside of a rally in the 9th yesterday, which was mostly walks by the dodgers, the dodgers haven’t broken a sweat in this series. This has to be the lowest stress NLCS they’ve ever had.

Again, the dodgers have been so much better but every bit of luck on batted ball outcomes has gone their way. Every hard hit ball outside of the Chourio home run has been caught.

They basically have 5 auto outs in the lineup right now. Turang, yelich, sal, durbin and Ortiz are just non competitive. It’s making Chourio and Contreras feel like they need to hit home runs (they do) and the pitchers feel like they need to be perfect.
