Considering moving to NYC in the near future -- I recall a few folks mentioning a potential move out of the city if Mamdani won, so it stands to reason that a lot more places are going to be available to rent soon. ☺️ Dunno if I can afford some of these soon-to-be-vacant apartments but we'll see!
