I feel like I need to disconnect from news/social media. I need to just stop paying attention to how bad everything is for a while, I don't think the human mind was designed to be told "everything's bad and it'll get worse" day in day out. I want to keep informed and care but I'm just so done.

I probably shouldn't say this publicly but I kind of just felt the situation of the world I live in hit me like a bomb earlier this evening, I just ate my dinner crying then threw up lol I was in complete despair for a solid hour and a bit but I feel a little bit better now, I guess!
