I REALLY have to lock in and start taking care of my hair more 😫 I love my curls but I'm way too lazy to do more than wash them once per week.
But I have so many knots and my hair looks just awful lmao.

Upped my PCOS med on Saturday and my blood pressure has been really really REALLY good since Sunday. I've been measuring 6-7 times per day on Sunday and yesterday (even at work!) and only one measurement per day was too high. Hell yesssss maybe it's working now finally.

Increasing my PCOS meds today. I hope it will go well without any nausea for once 😂🙈☠️
Also I guess I'll have to contact my doctor next week. My blood pressure is awful and scares me.
(fun fact, my PCOS meds should influence my blood pressure meds to work BETTER but they just don't lmao 🤡)

I had 2 times in my life where I was doing sports and living healthy and lost a shit ton of weight, I invested all my energy into that, until I burnt out and missed my "old, chill life" with art etc and stopped everything. Now I know how to have BOTH 😎

I just tried one piece of the Jalapenos I bought this week and while my mouth was like "I like it and want more", the rest of my body went into full panic mode 🤣😭 Got annoying hiccups and an instant nosebleed.

Anyway, I put three of them into my lunch, they're tasty and my body is a weak bitch 🙈
