We can and should blame all the fascists and tech sickos with the express goal of transforming academic life into a big pile of bullshit but id also like to add how annoying it is that lazy crackers cried about affirmative action only to waste a spot a black kid couldve had.
An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.

Lol. The actual assignment the girl turned in was dog shit. Not even considering her citing the Bible as a source or evidence, it was simply poorly written and now its the prof’s issue. Like, zero kids will be allowed to fail at this rate. All you’ll have to do is bait a prof by citing scripture.
This won’t be a popular opinion, but I don’t think the instructor was right here. The assignment said that the goal was for students to demonstrate they completed the readings *and* they could do so by reflecting on, among other things, their personal experiences. www.oudaily.com/news/ou-stat...
