Two and a half months into the low carb diet. Down 22 pounds so far. But guess what... the people who say the cravings go away? They are SO WRONG. Still craving ice cream every night and chocolate every day and dying for my homemade warm sourdough bread constantly. Yeah. Cravings do NOT go away.

Pretty sure the first "real" concert I ever went to was The Beach Boys. That was in the 80s and my teenager brain thought of them as "old", but I'm so glad I can say I saw them in real life! I love love love their music! #RIPBrianWilson ❤️❤️❤️
