Ukrainian civilian casualties increased by 26 percent in 2025, The Guardian reports. Last year 2,248 civilians were killed and 12,493 injured. The deadliest strike on June 24 in Dnipro left 21 dead and 314 wounded. On September 9, 805 drones and 13 missiles were recorded. #Ukraine
