It turns out Democrats don’t just have an age problem. They have a shame problem, and it’s reshaping primaries, representation, and even the balance of power in Congress.

The polls, the votes, and the rulings all point in the same direction: against Trump. This week, Trump is underwater with the public, Democrats gain ground heading into next year, survivors notch a major win on the Epstein files, and federal courts block key parts of Trump's approach to power.
Our Wins Of The Week
Just ten months into Donald Trump’s second term and more than a year since he was reelected, the American people are sending a clear message in poll after poll that they are just not that into him.

The Epstein files bill is now law. Texas’s 2025 maps are thrown out for violating constitutional protections. And Trump’s latest posts accuse Democratic members of sedition and say their conduct is punishable by death.

Trump’s mid-decade gerrymandering push in Texas was meant to secure extra GOP seats and protect his second-term agenda. Instead, a federal judge struck down the maps. Here’s a look at the state of the redistricting wars and what it could mean for next year’s midterms.

The truth shows up in bank accounts, not in whatever delusional, all-caps post he puts up about a 'Golden Age.'
Trump can lie all he wants, but regular Americans living in reality know the truth - prices are rising, and the president's tariffs are to blame.

This is how democracies fail. A sitting President is boosting calls for the arrest and execution of political opponents for urging the military to uphold the Constitution. Every alarm in the country should be going off.

On this Transgender Day of Remembrance, we honor the trans people lost to violence in the U.S. this year.

Widespread poverty, homelessness, and discrimination makes trans people 4x more likely to experience violence than the average person.

Republicans keep talking like health is a moral achievement instead of a human reality. People get sick even when they do everything ‘right.’ That’s why we have healthcare in the first place.
Markwayne Mullin: "Reward people for being healthy. Think about this. Healthcare is the only industry that you're not rewarded for taking care of your responsibility. If you think about homeowners insurance, if you're within 500 feet of a fire hydrant, your insurance goes down."

Actions over words. Johnson’s obstruction tells the real story.
Mike Johnson refused to swear in Adelita Grijalva for months because she was the 218th signature to force a vote on the Epstein files, but sure, Republicans always wanted to release them as they now claim today for the first time.

I’d love for Trump to recall the exact book and verse in the Bible where this is mentioned. You know, since he’s just so familiar with its teachings.
